Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to CitriQ's marketing website and the "Join Waitlist" program. It does not govern the CitriQ product/service itself.

• Join Waitlist. Email address (and optional name) you submit.
• Operational logs. Minimal technical logs from our hosting provider to ensure security and reliability.
• Analytics (cookieless). We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to collect anonymous, aggregated metrics without cookies or local storage.

Why We Use Your Data (Lawful Bases)

• Consent. To send product updates and early-access invitations when you join the waitlist (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• Legitimate interests. To keep our site secure and to understand aggregate performance and traffic.

Retention

• Waitlist data: kept until you unsubscribe or after 24 months of inactivity (whichever comes first).
• Analytics: collected in aggregate form and not tied to identifiable individuals.

Sharing & Processors

We use trusted providers for hosting, analytics, and performance insights (e.g., Vercel). We do not sell your data.

International Transfers

Where processing involves infrastructure outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) offered by our vendors.
